We provide Rodent Control for Commercial and Residential Properties.
There is an option for a one-time general treatment, however we will likely recommend a maintenance program to continue to keep rodents under control. It’s important to keep your maintenance service active or to follow up when we recommend a Booster Treatment because of the rate that rodents can reproduce!

Mice
Mice often find creative ways into our homes & other structures. Most of the rodent control that we do is for treatment of the house mouse and the white footed mouse. Our technicians are trained in finding the point of entry and supplying bait stations.

Voles
While similar to Mice, Voles are slightly different. They have a stout body, a shorter tail, a slightly rounder head, and smaller ears. These critters are often found in mulch beds, gardens, lawns and near foundations.

Rats
We have seen an increase in the amount of Rats. Disturbances of land, commercialization, chicken coops, and other factors may play a part. Norway rats which are known for living in close association with humans are most common.
