Spotted Lantern Flies were swarming on our property

Spotted Lantern Flies were swarming on our property and on several neighbors. A few trees in the yards (Especially Maples) were covered and from others, when weeding or watering, they would jump right out and land on you. So annoying.

I called Scot from Swat Total Pest Control in Chalfont PA and he said they have treatments now that work and his company was certified to handle. They gave us a free quote and then came out and took care of 3 properties. The treatment, harmless to humans, pets and most other animals was effective. Problem solved!

He and his staff are great to deal with for all your pest control needs ... professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them. Highly recommend getting rid of these destructive pests ... for every one you see this year that are still alive, you'll have hundreds next year.

Bat took flight in his office.

We manage several hundred properties, some of which are office space. One day I received a frantic call from a psychologist who explained that he was in the middle of a session when this bat took flight in his office. I immediately called SWAT who apprehended the intruder within a half hour of my call.
