    At Swat Total Pest Control we treat for common structural insects such as ants, boxelders, carpenter ants, centipedes, clover mites, drain flies, millipedes, moths, pantry pests, silver fish, spiders, stink bugs, bees, and water bugs. We provide a one time general treatment for most crawling insects, however we may recommend a maintenance program to keep all crawling insects under control and your dwelling virtually pest free.

    We offer maintenance services as follows:

    • Bi Monthly
    • Monthly
    Frequency of services depends upon individual customers need.

    To break the reproductive cycle of most pests and keep your environment pest free, it’s important to keep your maintenance service active because bugs don’t take a holiday! In fact, we drive through snow to kill insects such as ants, spiders, boxelders, cockroaches, etc! Different insects come out all year long due to weather changes, such as temperature and moisture, not according to the calendar!

    If you are experiencing problems with nests of Bees burrowing in the ground, wasp nests hanging from areas of your house, or hornet nests hanging from a tree, we encourage you to not attempt to remove these nests on your own. Many people knowingly and unknowingly are allergic to these insects and can have severe reactions if stung multiple times.

    Below are some photos of an actual yellow jacket nest found in the ground of customers’ home – before treating the homeowner was stung as yellow jackets are known to be aggressive. After treatment, the yellow jackets were dead but some of the larvae still “wiggling” – this is a fairly large nest!
